How much space does it take up?
Not a lot! The rack itself is only 24" wide and comes off the wall 30" Once the bikes are on and up you only need 2 ft spare from the end of your car to the wall and our rack and your bikes will fit in just fine.
How much room do I need in my garage

What height does my ceiling need to be?
That's a great question. Garage ceiling heights can vary which is why we created an adjustable arm so your ceiling can be as low as 7ft and still fit your bike on the lifter.
What is it made of?
Super durable powder-coated steel with a lifetime warranty. We're a little old-fashioned like that. When we sell you something, we want you to be able to pass it on to your grandkids.
Will the mechanism last?
We have had 100's of versions of this rack in operation in multiple stores around the world for over 10 years and they're still going strong. We are confident that you will not be disappointed, so confident we guarantee our lifter won't fail under standard use.
Does it need to be fixed to the wall or floor ?
No… the wall and floor you have are beautiful and we don't want you to put any holes in them. We took a little longer designing this rack so you wouldn't have to make any ugly holes in your house and made our rack completely self-supporting and self-standing.
However, even though our lifter is 100% freestanding, we do understand those who wish to bolt their eBike lifter to the wall in cases such as seismic anchoring, in which we say 'go for it!' Whatever gives you peace of mind.
How long does it take to put together?

How long will it take to get my rack?
We use some of the best delivery services in the country so it will be there as quick and as cost effectively as possible. We will also supply you with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way.
Why does it cost so much to ship?
As we mentioned before, this is a quality product made to last, so it has a little weight and bulk to it, that's why it costs a bit to ship. Oh, and because the shipping companies set their prices - not us.
Will my bike fit on your rack?
Well to be honest, we don't know what bike you have. But we have tested the Ride+Rack eBike lifter rack with every bike we can get our hands on from fat bikes, city bikes and kids bikes to cargo bikes, mountain bikes and beach cruisers, and they all fit. So we are rather confident the answer is YES.
Assembly instructions
We pride ourselves on our simple easy-to-assemble design. We also pride ourselves on the fact that our eBike lifter rack is free-standing and does not need to be attached to your wall or floor. Simply follow the visual instructions or the video instructions and put your Ride+Rack eBike lifter system together with the tools provided. If you feel you need to attach your eBike lifter to the wall, then sure go for it, we're happy for you to do that.
